Here at Crouched Friars Residential Home, our priority is delivering high-quality care. We are passionate that our residents are happy and cared for, and we are constantly striving to be better.

Our team is led by Home Manager Paulina Eagle and Deputy Manager Lucy Ripper who ensure that every resident receives dignified and compassionate care.

The team are all highly valued and benefit from continuous professional development, along with regular reviews and appraisals. Everyone is key to the community here at our home, and their passionate dedication shines through in the care that they provide.

Below, you can be introduced to some of the friendly faces you’ll see when visiting our home.

Paulina Eagle

Home Manager

As Home Manager, I am responsible for the day to day running of the home and ensuring we are consistently delivering a high quality care service. I have worked in care for the last 10 years and am very passionate about Crouched Friars, it’s a lovely home and we provide high quality care.

Lucy Ripper

Deputy Manager

As Deputy Manager I am responsible for overseeing the care delivery at Crouched Friars and managing the Senior Care Assistants. I also deputise in the absence of the Home Manager. I have been fortunate to work with a range of people and am very passionate about providing a quality services for the people we support.

Mark Nicholls

Maintenance Manager

I worked in a variety of maintenance and delivery roles before joining Crouched Friars as the Maintenance Manager. I have a unique role, as I am responsible for overseeing the health, safety and maintenance of the building, which means keeping daily contact with every department and resident in the home.

Annette Watts

Administrator

As Home Administrator, my responsibilities are quite broad, from being the first point of call for people arriving at Crouched Friars to processing payroll, rota management and stakeholder management. I have a keen interest (some say obsession) in minions, who are happy to greet you in my office at Crouched Friars!
